Area Sales Manager

Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales through hiring, training, developing, and motivating a team of outside sales representatives so they may meet and exceed sales goals. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have outside sales and/or sales management experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales targets on Oahu
  • Consistently seeking ways and deploying methods to increase results
  • Forecasting sales numbers
  • Proactively strategizing which products the market warrants
  • Assessing client satisfaction and customer service questions

Education and/or Work Experience

  • Excellent communicator
  • Sufficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM)
  • Sales training experience
  • Knowledge of the solar industry is helpful but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and high energy environment
  • Excellent time management, positive, strong work ethic and business mindset
  • Committed to high standards and business ethics
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems
